Payment

We accept various forms of payment through our payment processor, Shopify, including credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Shopify to process your payment and agree to abide by any relevant terms and conditions set forth by Shopify. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Pricing and Products

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and product information on the Site is accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel or refuse any orders placed based on incorrect information.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nanomads.com and include your order number and reason for return. For more details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Ownership and Rights

By submitting content to Nanomads, you grant Nanomads a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, alter, reproduce, and distribute the content in any form and on any media platform. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to grant Nanomads such license.

Usage of Content

The content you submit may be used for marketing, promotional purposes, and other business activities. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and advertising materials.

Attribution

We may give you credit for your content by mentioning your name or social media handle, but this is not guaranteed.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is offensive, defamatory, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates any laws. Nanomads reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate.

Liability

Nanomads is not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from the content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold Nanomads harmless from any claims arising from your content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanomads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Site; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site.
